Terms & Conditions

  • Membership of Key Club is open to persons employed by companies / organisations who are corporate clients of Millennium, Copthorne and Kingsgate Hotels and Resorts New Zealand who regularly book travel and accommodation on behalf of their company or organisation. Membership is not open to Millennium Hotel and Resorts employees New Zealand and employees of its affiliate and marketing partners, travel agents and professional conference organisers, (including conference and incentive organisations and entities). You may apply for membership by completing the online registration form . Membership is personal to the applicant so if you change your employer, your points will transfer with you but you must advise Key Club of your new employment details as soon as possible.

  • Members will be issued a membership card. The card may be used by the cardholder only. You must notify us if your card is lost or stolen so we can arrange a replacement. A replacement card fee may apply. By using the Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Cards are valid for 24 months from date of issue.

  • Key Club members will earn Room Night Points ("Points") on Corporate or Conference room nights that they have booked themselves while a member either directly with Millennium, Copthorne and Kingsgate New Zealand reservation staff or through their Travel Agent. To ensure that you receive your Points, all room nights must be recorded by each Key Club Member on the www.keyclub.co.nz website. Room Night Points ("Points") are valid for 36 months from date of the original stay.

  • Only full day conference rooms that are day meetings for bookings made within the last month will qualify for Points.

  • If Key Club members do not record any points for a 6 month period then membership may be cancelled. Any accumulated Points will also be cancelled.

  • To obtain Key Club Rewards, members must have earned a minimum level of Room Night Points before they qualify. Please refer to the Key Club Rewards Chart for the current Rewards on offer and the number of Points required. Rewards (and number of Points required) are subject to change without prior notice.

  • To redeem a reward you must fill in a Reward Request form. Please allow two weeks for processing. Once Reward Requests are submitted and processed, they cannot be changed or withdrawn. As the Points used for that Reward Request will not be reinstated, please choose your reward carefully. All KeyClub vouchers and/or discounts/specials are subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply due to large events. Each Hotel has an allotment of inventory (or 'a limited number of rooms') for KeyClub members and once the rooms are booked or are not available, the hotel may not be able to redeem your voucher, therefore you may need to consider and alternate hotel or stay date. Millennium Hotels and Resorts New Zealand does not guarantee that rooms are available on any given date. The redemption of accommodation is for a standard room type, an additional upgrade fee may be charged to you if the next level of room type is required or requested by you. Key Club Rewards may only be redeemed at Millennium Copthorne or Kingsgate hotels in New Zealand .

  • Key Club discounts and benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other Millennium Hotels and Resorts loyalty programmes or any other discounts, specials, vouchers, certificates, packages, promotional offers and third party websites. Discounts and benefits do not apply to charges not relating to accommodation (e.g. room service, in-room movies) are not included which must be settled at check-out").
  • All KeyClub vouchers reservations and/or discounts/specials are subject to availability.

  • Room night records can only be entered within for a certain time period. Points must be claimed within 3 months the actual stay. Points cannot be claimed for stays prior to joining Key Club.

  • Bookings in respect of contracted tour and airline groups are not eligible Points for Key club points redemption. Bookings in respect of contracted tour and airline groups are not eligible for Key club point's or reward redemptions

  • All Key Club Points are non-transferable and can not be transferred between members or memberships and are not exchangeable for cash.

  • You must be a New Zealand Resident to apply for KeyClub Membership

  • Millennium Hotels and Resorts New Zealand reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Key Club Programme at any time at its sole discretion. Millennium Hotels and Resorts New Zealand will not assume or accept any liability for inconvenience or loss suffered by any party as a result of such suspension or termination.
